SOPPA Compliant Code Courses

Hi!

Just a quick note regarding SOPPA compliance: StudioWeb has always been 100% SOPPA compliant.

From inception in 2011, we designed our platform to protect student identity:

By default, students and teachers work on StudioWeb’s code teaching platform anonymously.
Teachers ALWAYS have full control of the data on StudioWeb.
If a student adds their name or email address, this is (first of all) totally optional, and can be deleted from the system easily by both students and teachers.

StudioWeb does not sell any data to 3rd parties. In fact, the information we do track (progress and performance), is only useful to the teacher teaching her classrooms.
